Volunteers (Multiple Positions)

About Us: Oldies96 Community Radio is the heartbeat of the Kennebecasis Valley, bringing classic hits and local information to our community. We are a non-profit, community-driven station that thrives on the support and dedication of our listeners and our community. If you have a passion for music, community engagement, and making a difference, we are looking for you to join our team!

Some Examples of Volunteer Positions Available:

1. Office Assistants:
   • Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
   • Assist in managing our social media presence and updating our website.
   • Support the coordination of volunteer schedules and station communications.
     
2. Event and Fundraiser Helpers:
   • Participate in planning and executing station fundraisers and community events.
   • Set up, manage, and break down event booths and activities.
   • Engage with the community, share information about Oldies96, and collect donations.
     
3. On-Air Support:
   • Assist with show preparation and research.
   • Help in managing the music library and organizing playlists.
   • Learn the basics of radio production and assist during live broadcasts.
     
4. Community Outreach and Engagement:
   • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations.
   • Represent Oldies96 at community meetings and events.
   • Help create and distribute promotional materials.
